Room Layouts
Mount Vernon of South Park is a 30,000 sq.ft., single level facility with wide hallways, large communal spaces, spacious resident rooms and every space bursting with natural light. Our resident rooms feature beautiful wide plank LTV flooring, Levelor wood blinds, 50in TVs, walnut chests and nightstands, and 18in platform beds with Drive 8 Mattresses to provide comfort and reduce pressure points, Our rooms are designed to be comfortable, safe, and welcoming. Private bathrooms are available in a limited number of rooms and large, bright and updated shower rooms support our residents while allowing for the hygiene support of our dedicated staff.
Delicious, Freshly Prepared Dining
Our residents enjoy meals crafted from a scratch kitchen, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients that provide both nutrition and flavor. Every meal is thoughtfully prepared to offer a variety of options that cater to different tastes and dietary needs.
Engaging Social & Recreational Spaces
Residents can participate in activities in any of our four spacious living areas, our expansive dining room, or our beautifully designed 2,500-square-foot outdoor atrium. In the near future, we will also introduce an outdoor dining deck, providing a scenic space for meals and social gatherings.
Comprehensive Wellness Programs
We are proud to partner with FOX Rehabilitation to offer on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, making it easier for residents to access the care they need. Additionally, FOX Rehabilitation will host weekly wellness activities designed to promote mobility, strength, and overall well-being. At Mount Vernon of South Park, our goal is to provide a well-rounded living experience that fosters comfort, engagement, and quality of life for all our residents.
